Meet the Founder

Marie Fisher

Movement has always been at the heart of Marie’s life.

From the age of three, she was dancing – and from that moment on, movement became more than a hobby; it became a lifelong passion. That passion grew into a career in personal training, online coaching, and eventually owning her own dance schools, where she helped others build confidence through movement.

Marie first discovered Pilates while training at dance college and later deepened her practice while living in Australia. Pilates offered something different – a way to build strength, prevent injury, and reconnect with the body in a mindful, supportive way.

When Marie returned home, she realised something was missing in the local wellness space. There wasn’t a place that truly blended movement, community, and care. A space that felt welcoming to everybody, every level, and every stage of life.

That’s why Sola Studios was created.

Sola is Marie’s vision brought to life – a studio where people can move together, feel supported, and build strength without pressure or judgment. A space rooted in kindness, connection, and sustainable wellness.

Her vision for Sola is strong, and this is only the beginning. Marie can’t wait to welcome you into the studio and be part of your journey.

Lynsey

Hi, I’m Lynsey! I’m a fully comprehensive Pilates teacher, which means I’m trained across all areas of Pilates, including all apparatus and mat work. I absolutely love the reformer so I can’t wait to start teaching this at Sola. My teaching is rooted in the original principles of Joseph Pilates, with a focus on quality of movement, control, strength and body awareness. I love helping people feel confident and strong in their bodies. I aim to create a calm and welcoming environment, whether you're brand new to Pilates or building your existing practice. Can’t wait to see you at Sola! 🤍

Jorja

I’m Jorja Im mat Pilates instructor, furthering my Pilates training in reformer, I decided to take up Pilates to help with my recovery with strength training and fell in love. I took the leap a year later after taking classes to do my training and have loved every bit of it so far. Knowing the benefits of Pilates in and out inspired me to start to help others improve their own strength, mobility and confidence in themselves. Passionate in providing a safe space and helping people practice effectively. I can’t wait to meet you all soon at Sola.

I’m Joanna, a fully comprehensive trained Pilates instructor across all apparatus and mat. I’m thrilled to welcome you to my classes! I love helping clients connect to their body and feel the benefits of Pilates, whilst focusing on classes that help strengthen, support and balance the whole body - helping you build a body that moves with ease. I believe that Pilates is movement for the mind and soul, for every body, whatever age and stage of life. I am looking forward to guide you through your practice here at Sola✨
