What class is right for me?

Reformer Pilates:

Pilates First is the perfect introduction to Pilates at Sola. This class is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and supported from your very first session. You’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates, how the carriage works, and what to expect from the flow of a Sola class—so you can move with control, connection, and ease.

We’ll guide you through everything you need to know, with clear instructions and plenty of
time to ask questions. We highly recommend that everyone start with Pilates First, whether you’re brand new or returning to Pilates after a break.

Mat Pilates:

A full-body Mat Pilates class designed to help you move with strength, control, and intention. In this 45-minute session, you’ll build lean strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture through mindful movement and core-focused sequences. Expect guided breathwork throughout to help you stay connected, grounded, and in flow—leaving you feeling stronger, taller, and more aligned. No previous experience is needed.

Intro to Flo:

Intro to Flo with Chloe is a welcoming beginners yoga class designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and connected from the very start. Chloe guides you through simple, flowing sequences at a gentle pace, with a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Expect a calm, supportive environment where you can learn the foundations of yoga, build strength and flexibility, and move in a way that feels good for your body. Whether you’re completely new or looking to ease back in, this class is the perfect place to begin.

Mama & Me Reformer Pilates

A gentle, supportive reformer class designed for mums and their little ones.

Mama & Me Reformer Pilates is a space where you can rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and enjoy movement – all while keeping your baby close. There’s no pressure, no rush, and no expectation for your baby to be perfectly settled. Feeding, cuddling, and changing breaks are always welcome.

This class focuses on safe postnatal recovery, helping you:

  • Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
  • Improve posture and ease aches from feeding and carrying
  • Move gently and safely after pregnancy
  • Boost energy and mood
  • Connect with other mums in a supportive space

 

Classes are calm, relaxed, and guided with care. Every exercise can be adapted to suit where you are in your recovery journey.

Whether you’re newly postnatal or a little further along, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Suitable for:

Mums cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider (typically 6–8+ weeks postnatal).

No prior Pilates experience needed.

Come as you are — babies, prams, feeds, and all.
